A diagnosis is "pinpointing the reason for symptoms within a system in the vehicle.

"Examples "squeaking brakes, AC not cold, etc"

It is NOT a complete vehicle inspection, nor is it a simple "code scan"

We guarantee to pinpoint the problem, and fix it in house 100%

Please note vehicles that arrive before 9am will be prioritized for the morning rotation, and we typically will have you a estimate for repairs, results normally by 1pm, under normal circumstances, & based on complexity of the diagnosis, & other factors.

Vehicles dropped off after 9am will be prioritized for the afternoon rotation. It is still possible to get same day service if your vehicle is checked in after 1pm, but this is based on queue at the time you arrive, complexity of the diagnosis, etc.

All diagnosing is strictly drop-off only.
