Please choose which system you believe needs diagnosing, based on your symptoms your vehicle is having. Please take the time to fill this out as completely as possible. A diagnosis is "pinpointing the reason for symptoms within a system."
It is NOT a complete vehicle inspection.
If you have multiple issues in different systems (example: AC issues and brake issues), then you'll have to complete two separate diagnostic check-ins.
Please note vehicles that arrive before 9am will be prioritized for the morning rotation, and we typically will have you a estimate for repairs and results by lunch time.
Vehicles dropped off after 9am would be prioritized for the afternoon rotation. It is still possible to get same day service if your vehicle is checked in after 12pm, but this is based on queue at the time you arrive.
